Memorial Gifts:
Memorial gifts are especially recognized and acknowledged by the Prostate Cancer Coalition of New Jersey. Your memorial gift is a special way to honor the memory of someone while helping fight Prostate Cancer in New Jersey.
Complete the Memorial Gifts section of the Contribution Form and we will send an individual card with your name and the name of the honored person to the person or persons you designate. The amount of the donation will be kept confidential.
"In Honor of" Donations
"In honor of" gifts are also offered by the Prostate Cancer Coalition of New Jersey. Your "in honor of" gift is a special way to recognize someone while helping with the fight to conquer prostate cancer in New Jersey.
These are great for birthdays, anniversaries, or for any other important event.
Corporate Matching Gifts
If your employer has a "matching gift program", complete any forms required by your company and send along with a filled out Contribution Form. |
